Heavenly Acres is an NPIP certified, 5 acre poultry farm located in Pittsboro, North Carolina. In 2020, Jenn Cavanagh started the farm with just a few Wyandotte chicks and some ducklings. Since then, LOTS more chickens and turkeys, call Heavenly Acres home!

Happy and healthy flocks make the most heavenly eggs! Our flocks are proudly NPIP certified and are tested regularly for Avian Flu and Salmonella Pullorum by the Department of Agriculture. So rest assured that you are getting very healthy chicks, birds and eggs!

With the exception of the original chicks and ducklings, all of my birds and seven of my sheep were born right here on the farm! I now have more than a hundred chickens, coop ready chicks, 10 turkeys, dogs, foster puppies and a barn kitty. I greatly care for this land and my animals, caring for their health and happiness, to support yours!

-DOWNSIZED! In the Fall of 2024, I made the tough decision to downsize my farm. It has been an experience and I have greatly enjoyed all that I have learned during the process. I sold all of my sheep, ducks and quail and decided to make chickens and turkeys my farms primary focus.
